Yumin Shiba Inu Kennel was founded in Russia in 2015 with a mission to preserve and develop the purebred lineage of the Shiba Inu. In 2024, we moved our operations to the United States, continuing to follow the highest standards of responsible breeding. Today, Yumin Shiba Inu Kennel is a family-run kennel with an international reputation, built on love, expertise, and deep respect for the breed.

Our dogs are not only beloved family members, but also strong representatives of their breed. Many have earned Champion of Russia titles under the Russian Cynological Federation (RKF, a member of the FCI), participated in shows, and received high evaluations from experts. We value not only their appearance and breed quality, but also their character, stable temperament, and physical condition. Each achievement reflects our thoughtful and ethical approach to breeding.

We stay in touch with the families of our puppies and are always available to offer guidance on care, training, and health at any stage of the dog’s life. Supporting new owners is an important part of what we do.
We also assist with arranging transportation for the puppy — whether by car or air — depending on the new family’s location.
Our main goal is for every Yumin Shiba Inu puppy to find a loving home and enjoy a happy, healthy life in a caring and comfortable environment.

Socialization is a crucial stage of development, especially during the first months of a puppy’s life. At Yumin Shiba Inu Kennel, we lay the foundation for a well-balanced temperament.
From their earliest weeks, puppies interact daily with adults, children, other dogs, and even cats. We also expose them to a variety of sounds and stimuli: garden tools, construction noise, city traffic. They go on car rides, gain new experiences, and adapt to them in a calm and safe environment.
As a result, our puppies join their new homes confident, curious, and friendly—ready for a full and happy life.
