Our Shiba Inu Family at the UKC Premier Show

On June 13–14, 2026, our whole family and four of our Shiba Inu dogs traveled to the big UKC Premier Show in Palms, Michigan for an exciting weekend in the show ring.

The boys did very well and behaved like typical Shiba Inu boys — they had fun, earned points toward their championships, and continued making progress, but they decided not to bring home any extra prizes this time.

Raquel had already completed her Champion title, so this show was all about gaining more experience, spending time in the ring, and showing everyone just how beautiful and cute she is.

But the real star of the weekend was definitely Pinga. Even though this was her very first show, she completely amazed us. Pinga earned Best of Breed (BOB) both days in a row in competition against five dogs and truly exceeded all expectations. For a young Shiba Inu at her very first event, this was an incredible achievement and a moment our family will never forget.

We are so proud of all our dogs, but Pinga definitely stole the spotlight that weekend and made us all smile. We cannot wait to see what the future brings for this special girl and for our Shiba Inu family.

Our First American Champion

Yumin Raquel becomes a champion - a special milestone for Our Shiba Inu Journey
We are beyond proud to announce that Raquel has officially completed her championship title and is now a Champion! This achievement is especially meaningful because Raquel is still so young. She is beautiful, feminine, and has always had that special presence in the ring. We knew from the beginning she was something special.

Raquel also holds a very important place in our hearts because she became our First American Champion. After our experience with FCI shows and the start of our American show journey, she was the first to achieve this.

For us, this is more than just a title - it is a huge milestone and the beginning of an exciting new chapter. We are incredibly proud of our beautiful girl and excited to see what the future brings for this amazing Shiba Inu Champion!

Ray & Pup Cup
Today, Ray went to Starbucks for the first time and had his very first Pup Cup. Safe to say, it was a success!

He started off curious, then immediately decided this was the best idea anyone has ever had. The entire pup cup disappeared in record time - classic Shiba behavior once they decided they liked something.

Everyone was smiling, Ray was thrilled, and for a few minutes the whole world felt very simple: a happy Shiba and a little cup of whipped cream. Definitely a good Shiba day!
Very 1st American Show
On the weekend of January 31st - February 1st, we attended four UKC shows - our first American dog show experience and very first outing for our lovely Shibas - Ray, Raquel, and Sol. Everyone did wonderfully for their debut and got points towards their championship! We still have a lot to work on and improve, but it is a great start, and we are excited for the journey ahead. It was also a lovely family weekend!
